Personal bank transfer declined


Hi there,

I notice that several people have experienced this issue before. I contacted support who let me know that the automatic security system was blocking my outgoing transaction.

The only suggestion I was given was to wait and see if works later on. Is this normal? I don’t really understand why it would magically work later on if it was being blocked.

How did you get the issue resolved?
