Pending Yearly Limit Increase / Premium Customer

Hello @AndreasK, @Levyyo9 and Community,

Trying to get my limit increased, have uploaded invoices and bank statements. I am the director of my own business so I don’t have payslips but can send through client contract agreements, invoices, bank statements, business corporation details etc but for some reason online chat are not responding to any of my messages.

Not sure if it is my phone, as I am using a Samsung S8. The app seems to crashes a lot, online chat have not responded in the last 24 hours even though I am a premium customer, can not add any more documents when hitting the “verify source of funds” as the button has stopped working and setting up a payment usually takes at least 10 tries.

Would appreciate someone providing me with some support on this.
