Pending transfer and limit increase without answer

I sent a money to my revolut account via SEPA transfer on 1.05.2018, day after I realized that transfer is shown as “pending” due to limit of topups, I sent documents the same day, still no answer despite of popup which says that you will answer in 96 hours. When will I get some response? Can I at least have my money back on my bank account?
