Pending Approval for ages

Hello to all,
I’m trying to be a Revolut for Business customer, completed all required information and uploaded relevant documents about the business and me.

“Nature of Business” and “Structure of your Business” sections are on “Pending Approval” for days. I asked to support but no body replies. I’m scared if they do such an attitude to new customers :slight_smile:

I hope somebody from support team sees that post and help me.


@a.sadler, when did you apply? the onboarding takes a couple of working daya

I applied 3 days ago and still pending to for approval of some information. Unless “Nature of Your business” approved by the team, I can’t sign and complete the application.
The worst issue is that nobody helps from support team. No reply…
