10m minuts ago I have added my Revolut Card to a paypal account and noticed that something strange: they charge 0,81 euros (1 dollar) in the revolut accont only because I associate de acconts. And in the paypal accont there’s no reference to that transaction.
It came as “Utilities” and the statement says only that i have one transaction to “paypal” that cost 0,81€.
Sorry. The payment was reverted. Problem solved!

It’s just authorization. They check if you entered valid card details. All major merchants do it, and PayPal as well.
