Does anyone else have problems with their customers unable to pay money into their Revolut business account? I’ve just started, not a mega business but 4 figure sums, these have been blocked by sending banks because they don’t trust Revolut. This makes my business look bad. Any comments?
What exactly do you mean by that?
What currencies are we talking about and where do your customers wire the money from?
By blocked I mean the customers bank accounts won’t send the money until they’ve spoken to the customer, who then has to speak to me, then the customer has to speak to their bank again. This is GBP, British banks, British money.
