Payments declined

On May 1 I made my first payment with a card, so I put the pin for the first time, it was correct and I recharged my money in the oyster but now it puts me that my payment has been declined and I don’t understand why, because I have enough money and I would also like to know how to pay it back. Thank you.

Hi @Evaparras !

Seems like the payment you are referring to was coming from your Revolut Personal account. I would recommend contacting in app support to report any issues with the account. At the moment I can see couple of completed card payments so I would assume card is in working order now. If not, feel free to give us a shout!
