Payment with proper reference message

I realise this is similar to another post I just found.

Recurring Payments

When sending recurring payments the “note” does not get sent to the beneficiary (so I’m unable to add a reference) and the payment shows as being sent by The Currency Cloud - so the beneficiary does not know the payment comes from me. These two issues mean I am unable to send payments regularly to companies - do Revolut plan on adding the option to set up proper standing orders or direct debits for GBP?

Thanks guys for your help. I have talked to support but finding it very difficult to get across what my problem is to them. Can attach comparison images between banks if you do not get it from the above description.
