Payment sent on Dec 29th still not arrived


Hi there,

I decided to use my Revolut account to pay the rent, but it seems the payment hasn’t arrived yet (after more than a week). The money has been taken from my account on the 29th, but the real estate agent claims the money never arrived to their account.

Can you please send me a proof of payment or put the money back into the account so I can pay the rent?
