Payment reversal needed

Hi, I’ve made a bank transfer payment to an account and typed wrong sort code. This SC doesn’t exist so the payment must be in limbo somewhere but hasn’t been returned.

I’ve been logged into the support portal awaiting a response since 9am. It’s now 5pm. Is that normal ??

you could contact feedback@revolut.com or their facebook website which is responding a lot faster.
