Payer forgot to put the reference number


I am really hoping someone will be able to help me. I am expecting a payment but the paying party failed to put my reference number. And the payer’s bank has not received a rejection.

I tried to chat but apparently it has been overwhelmed in the last couple of days. Not even Rita is available but then Rita cannot solve it. Can anyone please give me an advice as to how I can solve this problem? Thanks a lot.


You can provide some sort of payment receipt that shows the sender’s account no. and name to support. They then can allocate the money manually.
