The app asks for the digits of a card you used for top ups. Not the numbers from your Revolut card!

Hm, that’s not the point, I think. The system needs some sort of additional proof that you’re the account holder. It’s just a security question. So I think you could solve that riddle if you could look up that number on an old card statement. It’s not necessary that this card is still active. Otherwise, you need to contact support, I guess.
