outgoing payments in CNY

While waiting for the advanced onboarding I decided to add a “counterparty” in China I have to pay now. to my surprise I’m not allowed to set CNY as the currency of their account, but the website claims CNY is supported so I don’t understand. would you mind explaining when is CNY available?

nevermind. i just realized CNY is only supported when withdrawing from an ATM or spending with a card
