Unfortunately, this services are only available for legal residents in the European Economic Area, Switzerland and some British Crown Dependency.

How soon it will be possible to open an account for Russian citizen, maybe even doing it from another country?
Unclear, however global sanctions may have an impact on whether :R: can expand to this market.
