I purchased a book (€21)on Fnac and after few days I saw in my revolut app that the payment has been completed. but this morning I got messages both from Fnac and revolut. Fnac has canceled my order and Revolut says that I need to turn on the online transaction in the security menu. the previous (completed)payment appears “pending” now.
Well, you just need to activate online payment for your card to allow Fnac to reimburse you.

Fnac did not take the money as the payment was refused due to my security setting in revolut.
Problem solved and money reverted.
