Online chat - urgent

Hi. I had a problem increasing top up limits last wee. I spoke to somebody in the online chat who said that somebody from a different department would be in touch.
Nobody got in touch and my online chat is stuck in the conversation from last week so i cant get in touch with anybody else.
Pls can you help?
