Ongoing Problems with Card being declined

I wrote a post on here about online transactions being declined last week and had a reply from someone but now not in my activity. Been trying to contact Revolut support via the app and have been waiting over an hour when ‘Rita’ said they’d be a few minutes? Is anyone else having problems?

Be patient with the support. They will come back to you. Meanwhile, check the in-app security features (location based security could be a bitch sometimes). Check the push notification that usually states the reason why a payment was declined and make sure your account is verified.

As I can see your card was blocked. Please note you can block/unblock your card at any time from the card section of the app.
