Old card, new account

Hi there,

I’ve had an old revolut card which I want to link to my new phone number, how can I do this as the Rita Chat is not working. And the app keeps saying my card is unabled to be linked.

You need to log in with your old phone number. Then you can change the phone number associated with your account.

I have got a similar problem: I changed my phone (but not the phone number) and cannot authenticate my account on the new phone. Yesterday I asked help via chat but it did not helped, and the agent advised my to contact another agent next day, but now I cannot even send messages via chat, because the chat is blank and does not send my messages.
My problem with the app is that I still receive the same pages -> Enter phone number -> Lost access to your number? Secure your phone number -> I receive the mail -> Enter my passcode and it did not pass. It is going in the circle, I tried at least 3 times yesterday.
