Old account

I have been struggling for over a week into some missing money. I get a response from
Support hours after I email later by which time , as I am in Oz / New Zealand, I am asleep. I also have limited wifi access and cannot wait by a computer for chat to get back to me. I am Missing some money which Revolut tells me has been paid into an old Revolut account but for some reason they can not transfer it to my new account. I’m mystified. Can anyone please shed some light?
