I asked for help visa support today and I got a reply in 2 hours. As I couldn’t reply immediately then I tried to reply now but support is marked as offline and closed my query.
I would like to give an answer to the support agent and wait until they come back online for their reply, but now my only chance is to wait until tomorrow.
Please allow us to reply to support outside of working hours. We can wait for a reply until there next time they are online. The same way we can do with email.
