O can’t log in


I have just arrived to UK and I want to use Revolut app on my iPad (as I always do) downloading the iPhone version. I like to manage it with the tablet because my phone hasn’t got a big storage capacity. But when I try to enter to the app it pops up an error message, and I can’t use it.

It is so important for me to use it, because I’m in a new country and I need the money.

Has the app been downloaded on another device? Maybe you can’t use your account on two devices on the same time.


The app can be downloaded to more devices, as long as one has access to text messages sent to the phone number the account is associated with.

I just downloaded the app on an iPad and successfully logged in. It is not pretty but it works.
