Not sure where is my card

Hi there :slight_smile:
Ordered my Revolut card with the express delivery on Monday, got an email that it’s on the way. I didn’t get any tracking number.
Today I’ve got an email offering to order a card and saying that ‘oh, you have provided all details, it’s time to order the card!’

Money was taken from my account, card status looks like in process, but still without tracking number.

Would appreciate all help, I’m leaving to another country next week and I really hope my card will be with me…

I strongly recommend contact them via in-app chat, or Twitter.

If you contact them via chat make sure you don’t forget to write “live agent” as a separate message after you wrote your problem
