Not recognizing Postal Address

I have activated my account on my phone. But I wanted to apply for a physical card. I live in a block of flats in Scotland.
The Revolut system recognizes every flat in the block apart from the ground two floors, one of which is me. How can I order a physical card when I can’t put my address in manually? And there seems to be no way in contacting Resolut direct to request this.

Did you try the :r: in-app support chat? Just tell RITA you want to talk to a live agent and she will manage :wink:

Also, it’s been suggested in the forum to remove any special character, symbol or, generally speaking, anything that’s not a Latin letter or a number. Give it a try :stuck_out_tongue:
