Not receiving verification code

Hi there,

I’ve used Revolut for around a year and have just moved to Canada for the year, so today decided to change the phone number on the revolut app to my Canadian number. However, every time I tried to change it, the verification code did not send through. I contacted support and they changed the number for me, but then told me to log out and in again. When I tried to login with my new number, I did not receive the verification code and so am now locked out of my account.

Any reasons why my verification code isn’t being received by my Canadian mobile??

I don’t intend to blame you in any way, but changing the phone number when you knew the SMS wouldn’t come through was not fortunate :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Did the support team answer anything on this matter?
You can reach them by trying to login and, when asked for your PIN, instead of typing it, clicking Forgot? and then Support :wink:

Yeah, it was a bit stupid maybe but despite having revolut premium, support appears to be closed!!
