Just joined, card came through quickly. However it has been refused both times I tried it so I tried using support from the app - it told me that it would take six hours to respond (that was several days ago). No response and now even the support bot doesn’t respond… Totally dead, I’m talking into a void

Ask them on twitter sometimes they are faster and you can send them a dm after they answer on youre tweet
