Not all transfers show up under budgets

When I transfer money to flexible accounts the transaction gets categorized correctly as “Savings” but the transaction are not included in the budget section/category.

I would expect the budget category to contain all transactions categorized in this category, regardless if it’s a internal transaction or not.
