Not able to top up even after verification

Verified card and ready to go but when I put in the cvc number the top up button is still shaded out? I only got my card yesterday and it let me top up then to pay for delivering of my card.

In addition I have been waiting on the support app for over two hours and it just keep saying it is busy.

Please help as I am going abroad in a few days, I have verified myself aswell.
