Not a good start

Just created a Revolut account and tried to add £10 to my account 3 times so I can order my card… Declines every time. Called my bank, everything ok their end so seems to be an issue with Revolut.

Went on to support and was told it was a 2 hour wait, googled for a customer services telephone number…nothing.

Not a good start at all. Just a load of hassle. Can’t get help for 2 hours and can’t speak to a human.

At this moment in time I won’t be recommending.

i had top-up problems a few hours ago also, and they said they are working on it… this is the first time im having problems top-up with my other card… its just coincidence
