Good afternoon. This will be the third time I’ve uploaded documents via your verification process. I have a sum of money pending to be paid into my Revolut account, the delay in this process has caused me to stray into my overdraft with my other accounts incurring charges. Quite frankly the lack of communication is unacceptable. If this matter isn’t resolved in the next 24 hours I would like to be provided with a formal complaints procedure. Further to this post I will have no choice but to seek advice from the financial Omburdsman and will withdraw any further business with Revolute. Terrible customer service
