Non EEA Card Blocked

Since 2 December 2016 I have been unable to use my card as I’m not resident in the EEA.

7 months has now passed.

I’ve been fobbed off with replies such as “I expected this to be solved fairly soon!” for months.

Please can we have some clarity as to when the card will work again.

We are working on restoring our services worldwide! And this is happening.

We have already returned to CI residents, and Swiss as well. We aim to be available in the US toward the end of the year. We’re working hard on this and appreciate your patience!

Please could you clarify what you mean by “We have already returned to CI residents”?

Does this mean I can now use my card again?
