nobody replying in the chat

Hi everyone, I’m trying to contact customer support in the chat for already one day and so far no reply…it’s quite a sensitive issue as I transferred a sizable amount of money and I see no trace of it in my Revolut account.
In these cases I’d like to be able to talk/chat to someone asap…but it looks like nobody listening.
