Why is nobody responding to me?
I was speaking to someone and then she said that she would escalate it to the relevant team (about increasing my limits as I’m due to receive a very large Euro payment), but since then nobody has helped me. I have been trying to resolve this since the 4th Feb, but nobody is replying on chat. There is also no phone number to ring for help?
At this time I am close to doing a charge back for the amount paid for Premium and closing the account.
