Why is there no support from Revolut???
How can i get support? Im having problems to verify my id… Picture is not clear.
What can i do?
Yes same here, I’ve been unable to make a transfer, receive transfers for about a month now. Support everday for the past month keeps telling me to comeback 9AM CET, everytime I do, I just get told the same thing again. They can’t find two of my inbound tranfers or fix my outbound transfers, I’m late on a rent payment and have had to borrow money due to this issue. I have just upgraded to premium in hopes I will receive ‘priority support’. I will be considering legal action and/or financial ombudsman.
