I have been dealing with a problem for two months now. I either get Rita or no answer at all on the chat.

Back in November I noticed a transaction which I did not do. Reported it and was told to avoid ATMs, that revolut was aware of issue and I was gonna get a refund. Tried to follow up several times and not response.
