Hi Andreas, thanks for answering my post. Someone got back to me now on chat, but not explaining what happened over the last 3 days. It’s such an unprofessional service, I honestly feel like I was missold a service as the premium membership clearly includes 24/7 chat support. Really bad.
I cannot apologise enough. Definitely not the kind of service we strive to provide I will investigate what has happened and I’ll let you know.
