No support, holding back funds

My messages in the support chat have been ignored for the last 3 days, and Revolut is holding back a substantial amount money from my account. What is going on? I am a premium user and should have 24/7 support

Hi Andreas, thanks for answering my post. Someone got back to me now on chat, but not explaining what happened over the last 3 days. It’s such an unprofessional service, I honestly feel like I was missold a service as the premium membership clearly includes 24/7 chat support. Really bad.
