My card was blocked and the only thing the app would let me do is contact support. Every time Rita tells me that there’s a 4 hour waiting but no one ever pick-up the request. IT’S BEEN 2 WEEKS. Utterly disappointed.
I have been a Revolut client/user since the 1st crowdfunding campaign and I am experiencing a markedly worse CRM than even back then, when arguably you had way less financial support.
I look forward to Revolut promptly fixing the issue and making up for such bad experience.
Especially now that the 2nd crowdfunding is going live.
