No Support for last48 hours from app

I am premium user and still no one is answering chat for last 2 days
incoming transfer is blocked due to topup limit so I provided extra documents to increase the limit but nothing on that front!!

Hi there
I have the same issue I need my top up limit increased I have submitted documention but no response to my questions if any more information is required or timing. Why put Verification takes 24 hours if this is not possible? Setting the correct expectations to start with would help solve this issue in my opinion.
