No SMS to login received

Hi,

I have a problem. I was asked to log out to ‘normalise’ the account and then log back in.

Now I have logged out, but I can’t log back in, because I don’t get the SMS code. I’ve checked and double checked my phone number and also the in-app chat does not work as the ‘send’ button is greyed out…

Not sure what to do now…

Hope someone here can help.

I think the usual advice is to delete app and reinstall it.
