No response from support

Hi,

I signed up and requested a new card. I opted to pay extra for the card for delivery on Friday. But there is no feedback confirmation or money taken from the account. I contacted support (according to your marketing - instant support), it stated a 20 minute wait as you are busy. That was over 6 hours ago.

Not an impressive start?

Hi, I’m in a similar situation. My card has been blocked and I need their help unblocking. I’ve messaged their support service everyday for the last 2 weeks and have not managed to get through to anyone. I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do!
