No response from online support and cannot transfer money

What is going on? I am getting worried. There is no online support and no other way of contacting Revolut when you have an urgent issue that needs resolved. This is no way to run a supposedly cutting edge business.
I urgently need to transfer money which is sitting in my account ready to go but I cannot process the bank transfer and I am getting no response from online support.

Same issue here with £10,000 pending and now inaccessible. Please let us know how to escalate these problems. If nothing else for me just let the cash go back to where it came from so I can do what I need to do elsewhere
