No response from help team on transfere


I’ve been waiting since yesterday afternoon regarding a response (I sent all the require information) on a transfer. One of their team said they were transferring me. And despite endless messages asking what’s happening. No one has responded. Has anyone else experienced this?

I have the same problem too after Two days i don’t receved any answer about one Transfer i have the another account i have the money are blocked into the account i send the document and still waiting after two days


And if you can please repair a all added people because im no can add a new company and send a money. :frowning:
