No reply from the support team on chat


Three days ago I have sent the documents for limit increase.
I spoke with someone from your support team and your colleague said she will escalate the issue to the relevant team.
The problem is that 3 days past since than and nobody contacted nor answered me.
I want to find out some more information but I cannot contact the support team.
