No reference

Hello guys!

I just did a transfer to my Revolut account, and found out that I didn’t include a reference number! I am worried because I don’t know if my money will arrive to my Revolut account.
I have tried contacting Revolut but there is no contact number and I have checked with my bank and the payment has already been done…

Do you know if this problem could be solved?

Hi. Try to contact :r: through the in-app support chat

Type “live agent” to be directly redirected to someone.

If you used local account (available for GBP in UK, and for EUR for everyone) it is not problem. If another- use in-app support as @Iskender said (has written :wink:).
