No Reference Number

I did not add the reference number (51789834), when i tried to transfer money to my mothers swiss Revolut account. Unfortunately I did not get an answer in the in app help-chat in the last few days. Can you help me? What can i do now?

Provide your mom a payment receipt that shows amount, sender’s name and account no of your transfer. You mom can then provide this to support via chat, they then can allocate the transfer manually to her account once it reached their system.
