Hi I’ve just registered online then downloaded the app, so when trying to log it asks me for a passcode but can’t get past this as I don’t have one. It doesn’t seem to recognise my account, I’ve deleted and re-downloaded twice, it’s sent me security codes to mobile but nothing working. What should I do ? Thanks
