No answer- no help

Hello,

When i speak on the chat, noone answers, been like this for more than 24 hours.
Need to increase my limit and no one is contacting me or answering to my messages in the help chat

Please help

Hmmm, on my case this button appeared after a few weeks of using revolut. Lack of this button probably mean that you’re quite new user. So if you don’t want wait for this button I can’t see option to increase annual limit, other than:

  • in-app support (very efficient but sometimes hard to achieve. Advise: be patient)
  • Twitter- the fastest way to get help
  • Facebook- less fast than Twitter
  • ask @AndreasK here- he can help for sure
