No answer from support on the app (card blocked)


I am in London and my card was blocked, I don’t know why.
The Support Team does not answer me since yesterday.
What can I do?

If you have sent any documents from validation, it might take some time for them to be approved in some cases. However, you can always get in touch with :r: through Twitter to get your account unblocked faster:


If just your card (and not your account) was blocked, you can unblock it by yourself from within the app.

I have the same proble - waiting almost 24hrs for reply - tried twitter too - please help I really need my acoount unblocked
