No answer from online staff!!


I tried transferring money 6 hours ago and was stopped because of technical issues and had to go straight to support to resolve. Issue apparently resolved at the same time but account now locked for security reasons and was being escalated to correct team. This was all 6 hours ago and heard nothing back!
I have messaged support staff 5 times with no response.
What is going on???
