As with Roman, my card was blocked and the only thing the app would let me do is contact support. Every time Rita tells me that there’s a 4 hour waiting but no one ever pick-up the request. IT’S BEEN 2 WEEKS. Utterly disappointed.
I have been a Revolut client/user since the 1st crowdfunding campaign and I am experiencing a markedly worse customer service than even back then, when you arguably had less financial support.
I look forward to Revolut promptly making up for such bad experience.
