New User. Account Blocked after adding funds



I have a new account and went straight for Premium as I go away on Thursday. I added some funds using my credit card and then realised that I had a couple of MasterCard Pre paid cards with money on. At the time I did not know that this could cause an issue and the first one went on no problem.

I then tried adding another and my account was blocked.

I managed to get the code required to unblock the account but the second step of verification is to scan the card and the app just wouldn’t take it!

Please can you help to unblock my account. I do not need to use the MasterCard pre paid again.


I have contacted you by the app and I received a response after approximately 1 hour. The response stated that somebody else would contact me. However, that was 5 hours ago and there has not been any more information given.

I have a similar problem with my Visa Debit.
The second step of verification is to scan and the doesn’t take the picture o automatically recognize it.
Please, could you help me?
